These are such lovely shelves. I purchased them so that I can use wall space in my craft room. Not only were they easy to install but they came so wonderfully packaged in the box with all of the parts and additional screws as well as back up. There were a few scratches on 2 of the shelves but I just placed them on the wall side. I am happy with the weight capacity and stability! If I need to order more shelves I will definitely purchase these again.

These are very very easy to put together and are exactly 48 inches. The quality feels really nice and the wood looks great & doesn’t have any chips or dents in it. It can definitely hold a good amount of weight and holds a lot of stuff. The only negative thing I guess I would say is that the brackets line up a little off when putting it against the wall (the one side hit exactly against the wall while the other one was somewhat off), but it didnt cause any problems when actually installing it. The brackets also lined up a little weird when screwing it into the board itself, but that’s also not really an issue and no one would notice unless they looked really closely. Update: when you clean them the color of the wood comes off. The shelves can be completely clean and you can wipe it and the rag will be dark from the wood. The color on the wood is gradually wiping off and I’m sure that over a few years it will fade/strip it a lottt more if it’s already doing it now

These shelves are great, especially for multiple pictures in frames. They are wide enough to put 2 to 3 pictures staggered in front of each other along the length. I also have one that holds several books and Knick knacks and they are very sturdy. The color is great and I haven’t noticed any peeling of paint. Assembly was quick and I haven’t noticed bout 3 more sets for other rooms. Great purchase.

I like these shelves . Good quality easy to install. I purchased for my son's room to give it some edgy yet modern casual look . They fit perfect and come with its own mini tools. Big enough ,long enough and wide enough.

First thing I noticed was how lightweight the shelves were. They were also quite thin, maybe 1/4". I thought there's no way these are going to hold 40lbs. I got them hung up (using the extra middle support bracket on each) and to my surprise they seem quite sturdy. I loaded one up with hardback books and it is not bowing or seeming to be struggling at all. The wood has a nice look to it as well. The brackets are solid metal and pretty thick. Overall a good buy for the price. My only complaint would be the screws/hanging hardware could have been a little thicker and heavier duty. The screws that go into the wall felt very thin and do not make you feel very confident in them. It IS holding to this point however.

Love these shelves and already bought 3 since I'm remodeling my home. Sturdy, easy to set-up and beautifully crafted. The only downside is it is easy to set-up but you need 2 people if you want your measures to match.

These are sturdy, exactly as described, easy to mount, and look like they're made of much higher quality materials. The brackets/mounting are very solid and the boards arrived in great shape. Couldn't be happier. Used these in place of a bookshelf and got my floor space back!

I love the paulownia wood these are made from. The wood is very light weight, but also very sturdy. These shelves are great product for a great price. Real wood with good looking metal brackets for 50.00 - that's not bad. I love the way these shelves sit on the brackets - it's a good design. These shelves are the perfect size for books, decor, and more. I would highly suggest using different drywall anchors with these shelves than what are provided. Most people know better than to use the hammer in style drywall anchors, but if you're new to installing shelves, I would suggest the screw style rated for 50 lbs at Home Depot; they are very inexpensive. I would also highly suggest using the middle bracket with at least 1 drywall anchor on these shelves if you're planning to put any significant weight on them. With the shelves being 3 feet long, they may bow in the center if you neglect using the middle bracket.

Love all the pieces they included to get this installed. Feels solid! Can hold alot of books!

The shelves were really not expected considering the good reviews. They are much flimsier and thinner than I expected given the cost of them. I returned then and was only granted a partial refund. I had only taken one half way out the box and then immediately boxed back up and returned, as I could tell just from touching them they weren’t worth the money. So think carefully before purchase. I think better quality can be found elsewhere and better value for money.

They hold my books perfectly and look great. It is now my favorite wall in my home.

I bought four of these sets and had no problem installing them. The twelve shelves occupy a whole wall. They're loaded with heavy books and none of the units have budged. Very solid. Worthwhile investement.

Shelves arrived in a timely fashion and reasonably sturdy. My only wish was that the same shelves were available in white.
