Healthy product and good taste, I prefer with a little sweetener.

I like the taste but I do add sugar. Have not notice any less hunger cravings or energy. So it ok. Nothing special.

This teas has a smooth taste to it and the health benefits are a plus. This game on its own in Amazon’s wrapping so the box was damaged when it arrived. The tea itself was perfect and I’m fine with less packaging so no issues with a damaged tea box.

Let it steep I used 3/4 cup of hot or iced water first thing in morning with a drop of lemon after steeping. Relaxing and calming
