Paid for itself with one use
Used the jack to get into a tight spot between basement joists and foundation to repair termite damage. Worked flawlessly especially appreciate the 2 stage jack mechanism which allows it expand to about 2 inches rather than the 1/2โor so of a lot similar products. One thing to note was it was important to tighten the hose connection all the way. I used channel lock pliers, hand tightening was not sufficient. Probably why several reviews noted busting seals. Instructions were not very clear.

Buy this tool
Was incredibly impressed on this one, used this tool to remove 15โ bearings with ease, have completed 3 sets on bearings and going strong. Bang for your buck this has exceeded my expectations.

Disappointing. But great customer support.
The jack failed after 15 minutes of use. Not sure if the problem was with the jack or the pump. The jack looked fairly substantial and well built. Returned it to Amazon. Revised review: Subsequent to my original review the seller reached out to me to try to rectify my disappointment with their product. I have returned the 20 ton jack and pump through Amazon and have ordered the 30 ton which comes with a more robust pump. Hopefully this will suit my needs. Iโll review again once I have received the new pump and have had an opportunity to use it. I am very satisfied with the customer support.

Great Jack hand pump is not top quality but it works
Cylinder is great Love it but the pump is meh And the pressure lock you really need to crank it to hold load or it will drift down.
