This is my third Rainpoint sprinkler timer, only because I have upgraded my system over the last several years. started out with the basic single zone model, then upgraded to the next single zone model. I needed to add sprinkler heads to my system so I purchased this model so I could split the system. This is the only product I would ever use. The timers are super easy to set up and they simply work. I have never had a single problem with any of the three timers. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a simple but reliable landscaped area sprinkler timer.

I have used several sprinkle timers for my garden. After one of my other ones started to leak (orbit) I looked for a different model to try out. I ended up buying this one. I like that it is considerably smaller than my previous one with the same functionality. However, once I received I noticed that the programming was easier and faster that my previous one. It has been working for a month now with no issues. Overall pretty satisfied. Will see how long it last.

This is a great, easy to use timer. I tried installing it on my old hose connector and it leaked, but that was my house hose bib. I got it replaced with a new one and no leaks. It is easy to set up and I have no problem going into manual mode to test sprinklers or water by hand. It goes on and off at the scheduled time with no issues. Very happy with the purchase.

Had the dual zone automatic water valve for two seasons. It is effective, easy to use and has become an essential part of my planting and home maintenance. At some point the unit began to leak through housing, a small drip. I contacted customer support and they were instantly helpful giving me a full replacement under warranty. Don't hesitate to purchase this helpful item knowing that the company stands behind their products.

This is well built. Very easy to use. Can be used for two different watering schedules. Either for 2 separate zones or with a Y connector the same zone. Setting the schedules was easy. Running in manual mode does not change preset schedules. Comes with everything you need to hook it up including, rubber washers, teflon tape, and filter washer.

One timer worked as described, the other had issues. Wow, very impressed by their customer service. I reached out to Rainpoint, they requested pertinent info and a short clip of what it was not doing correctly and i now have a new one on its way! Definitely recommend this product. Blessings

This timer was easy to use and worked great. My only issue is that it wasn’t clear to me that setting the time at 12 hr was twice a day. I thought I was setting military time vs regular time

Easy installation and programming. Only took me 15 minutes to get set up, and it works great so far! Theirs is some leaking where the hose connects to the timer, but I’m sure that’s too be expected with things like this.
