I installed the 5 step ladder on my dock at the lake. It works great and i was very pleased with the design and quality of materials. Instructions were simple and straight forward. This is a great product.This is a follow up to my first review. After using the ladder for a couple of weekends on my dock at the lake. I noticed that the steps began to bend. They are rated for max. wgt. of 500lbs ea.. Nothing over 200lbs has been on them and very little use.. I contacted the mfg. and sent them photos of the problem. They were very responsive and sent me a replacement for one step. I have a 5 step ladder and suspect the other steps will bend with more use. The new step is visually different from the org... When i went back on Amazon to look at the ladder,order they no longer offer this model and it says on my order that i purchased a different version from what is offered now. My guess is the mfg. has pulled it because of poor quality.., Their customer service is good but the product is not and i would send it back to Amazon but it is past the return window. I am changing my 5 star initial rating to 1 rating. i cannot recommend this product. Good news is, you cant buy the 5 step sloped ladder anyway. See photos below.

Very sturdy. Easy to attach to the platform and remove for covering the pool. We added a pad that sits on the bottom of the pool to prevent puncturing the pool bottom.

I have had wonderful luck with everything I have bought from Vevor. It was cheaper, by a lot, compared to the last ladder I bought and this one is at least as good, if not better, than my previous one. The hardware is good quality and it seems very well built. It barely flexes under my 240 pound weight and doesn't feel like it could come apart at any second. I am quickly learning to trust Vevor products.

After my first order went missing, they re-delivered a new set of steps which exceeded my expectations, really well made and easy to assemble

This was so easy to install on our lake dock. It is lightweight yet sturdy and has held up well. It can be removed quickly for winter storage. I appreciate the four-step model as it provides adults with that additional step for a more balanced exit from the water.

It works fine. I did like that I could remove it when I wanted to.

Not the quality I was expecting and hoping for. Is very lightweight square tubing. The good thing is that it should never rust or corrode. I purchased this for my floating dock in case of an emergency so fortunately it won't be used on a regular basis. I guess this is a "you get what you pay for" situation. It does come with all mounting hardware but you must assemble it. However, do not over tighten the bolts because the aluminum is very soft and it will crush and deform it very easily. My recommendation is to spend a little extra money and buy something else.
