There is a TL 2010 Q and also a TL 2010 q i. The 2010 Q has a little more than the QI.

Does it chime with a 1/4 foot?

Yes, but it’s slightly more than 1/4 inch.

Can i sew many layers of jeans? Is it HD?

It is definitely a heavy duty machine, but I’ve not used it for layers of Jean fabric. It goes through many layers making stiff bags —just like butter! I love how tough my Juki is!!
