I don't know how many of these packages of Lime (and Lemon) powder that I've ordered, quite a few, because I love the taste of this product. It's very potent lime powder with a great taste. I skip the included spoon and just put this into a squeeze bottle, which makes dispensing easy! The ingredients are top notch and very tasty, and it has a great flavor and smell. I usually mix it in with some sweetener, sometimes with tea other times on it's own, and it makes a great drink! I've also sprinkled it on food, baked it into products, it works just like lime, but it's always there and waiting to be used because it's dry powder. So very versatile, can be used anywhere lime can be, and because it's powder it doesn't water things down. I'm exceptionally happy with this product (as my repeat order history shows) and will continue getting my favorite lime powder for my drinks! Thanks Grelim!

I think one should Use a lot less than suggested. I put 1/4 teaspoon into a 32 oz water bottle. It gives good taste to my gym water. The amount suggested is very very sour. I use to replace lime slices for my water. It mixes well but needs a good shake for even distribution.

Mixes well and is easy to use. High quality all-natural lime juice powder. No odor and is easy to bring with you to mix when you are away from home.

I noticed there were reviews for this item, but, I only read the description and not the reviews before purchasing. Big, big, big mistake! This item tastes so salty and so bitter that I checked the ingredients and couldn’t believe salt wasn’t the first item or was even listed in the ingredients. I recently purchased some jalapeño and lime tortilla chips and wanted to amp up the flavor with the powder and chose the Micro Ingredients brand next…that taste, in a word, “yum; on the chips and on a finger test in my hand in case I want to add it to salsa or smoothies. So, yeah, there is something better than this Grelim brand.

I am blown away by this item's wonderful flavor and great value. Grelim brand Lime Powder tastes so fresh and bright and adds that zing of lime taste to anything your taste buds desire! I use this to make my own Ancho Lime Taco seasoning and it is amazing. Recipe: 3 Tablespoons Ancho Chili Powder (Item B00LT0BY6O) 1 Tablespoon Grelim brand Lime Powder (This item) 1½ Tablespoons Cumin (Item B001PQOAOA) 1 Tablespoon Smoked Paprika (Item B005D8TYH4) 1 Tablespoon Granulated Garlic 1 Tablespoon Granulated Onion (Item B0048B35HM) 1 Teaspoon Dried Oregano 1 Teaspoon fresh cracked Black Pepper (or even better, mix black peppercorns with equal amount of coriander seeds in your pepper mill and add 1 Tsp of that blend) Mix well and store any unused amount in a sealed glass container. Wanna make fajita seasoning? Use the above formula and add 1 Tablespoon corn starch, 1 Tablespoon white sugar, and 1/2 Teaspoon cayenne powder (optional).

This is not my first purchase of this lime powder. I really like the versatility and taste. I can make different drinks and desserts without wondering if limes have gone bad because I just add water or .... I like the lemon powder from this brand, too.

Very good, exactly what I was looking for for adding tangy lime hit to drinks etc. Wish I'd ordered more since it's not currently available now. (Note: Is now available but the price is through the roof, might be good, but it's not £80 of good. Inflation eh?)

I like it in my Gin,in my water bottle. And lovely mixed into fruit salad.
