I love these gauze pads. They are absorbent, soft, and do not leave gauze strands behind in the wound. They are more expensive than regular loose weave 4 x 4's, but the extra cost is worth it.

Under ordinary circumstances, I'd probably put these 3x3 gauze pads in the 4-star range. However, I have to be honest - they're so much better than I expected for this price point that I can't help but push them up the additional star. There's so much to love here. First, these are latex free and say so right on the box. So often, I have to guess and as someone allergic to latex I can't afford to guess. I have an anaphylactic reaction to latex and avoid that with these. These are individually wrapped 3"x3" 4-ply gauze pads. They are 100% non-woven, non-adherent, and absorbent. I'm using them for helping to clean my wound for a wound care issue on my leg and they also serve as an extra layer of protection. These are sterile (until open, of course). Vive Health is a Florida-based company (the pads are made in China as is true for most pads whether they openly acknowledge it or not). I didn't really need anything fancy here. I needed a quality, affordable gauze pad for a small leg wound and these work perfectly. There's no doubt I'll use them again.

Two per pack, you can pull the packages apart or tear them open, they absorb well and they are not the crappy woven ones. They come 100 in a box, I love these things. The only thing I ever get upset about is running low.
