Nonsense
Firstly everyone know that the key thing to avoid on keto is sugar. The first 2 ingredients for this is “glucose syrup” and “sugar” which I note are not mentioned in the ingredients on this listing. Secondly further research into the claim that this was backed by the dragon’s den people is a flat out lie. It was never on the programme. I have done keto diet with and without this product and it makes zero difference. The lies make this product a complete scam in my eyes. Do not buy it.

It was delivered on time , but instructions were Covered with a bar . It would be nice to be able to read the instructions . Also no email address for the information ,this is Very Bad !! .

Still undecided
These arrived on time and were just as I expected. I was a little surprised that they were all stuck together as one lump and needed energetic shaking and poking of the bottle to extract the one required; as they were "gummy" I should have expected it I suppose. I took one a day as suggested and after 30 days I .......well, I am not sure if they achieved anything. Yes, I lost weight but was it down to my change in diet or these gummies? The results were not so amazing as to surprise me. I didn't feel any different and found it hard to believe that something as small and sweet-like could have any measurable effect but maybe I am wrong. Would I buy / try them again? Probably not at this price as it is a lot. For that money I could have bought a very reasonable single malt and would have certainly enjoyed it more. Possibly I didn't stay with the programme long enough to see the results and had it been a lot cheaper I would have given it a better / longer chance but as it stands it remains, for me, unproven.

Waste of money
These do not work at all. A complete rip off. Don't bother wasting your money on these. Wish l hadn't but thought they would help along side my healthy eating plan. Made ko difference. Would be a zero star if l could leave one.
