The Roman House in Britain

My goodness, lots of very indepth words to this book. Wanted something very specially on houses in Britain during Roman occupation but this discusses houses all over europe at this time period too. Considering how many magnificent buildings we have from that time period it would have been nice to see something in colour rather than line drawings. More for the academic scholar than for the casual reader looking to improve knowledge. Quite hard going
