Let's Sing Nursery Rhymes With Justin Fletcher [DVD]

I was born in Jamaica ,live in the USA for a several years and moved to the UK 2 years ago...therefore I did not know a thing about Justin Fletcher.. My son is a very active 20 months old with a few childrens DVD of all sort none of which really grabs his attention for more than 15 minutes.....the bottom line is that I took a chance on this DVD based on the reviews..And let me just say I am absolutley stunned at how my son is into this DVD.. he sings , watches and participate with the Nursery rhymes, from start to finish over ,and over and over again it is unbelievable. This is a MUST buy for anyone with children.. FYI.. I am buying his other DVD's too.. excellent for long trips..

I originally searched Amazon for Hiddledy House DVDs, my son was obsessed by the programme and it was a bit of a trauma when the repeats stopped on Cbeebies. I figured the next best thing would be something featuring Justin Fletcher, so bought this DVD. Two weeks later, this is my son's new favourite.It's got a great range of nursery rhymes and characters, and unlike some of the reviewers, I actually love the fact that this is not some Disney multi-million pound spectacle. Kids have vivid imaginations and don't care that the characters have been transposed onto a painted backdrop. It's a very basic, fun and creative film and is genuinely funny (even for adults) in some places! The Grand Old Duke of York has my 21 month old marching around the living room. Definite 5 out of 5 stars for this. Well done Justin!

I was looling for a nursery rhymes dvd for my two children aged 3 and 1, so that they could learn some classics, and my 3yr old loves singing and learning, and I thought this would be an alternative to cartoons!I read some very positive reviews about this one, and I totally agree. From the first viewing my 3yr old was glued to it. By 2nd or 3rd viewing she was singing along with some of them. Even later in the evening she is now thrilled to show off her new songs to her Dad after work - very cute! Personally I find Justin a bit annoying, but its not for me, and the kids love it. Excellent DVD.

The nursery Rhymes with Justin, dvd is very good keep little ones entertain, and helps them to learn.

I have to say that I do not normally leave feedback but felt compelled to do so on this occasion as we have been so impressed with this dvd! Our 18mth old son absolutely adores watching this and now actually asks for it to be put on (I'm sure he would watch it over and over in the same day if allowed to!). This is definitely a 'must have' for anyone with children who love Justin Fletcher, as it truely grabs their attention with lots of fun entertaining characters and many different nursery rhymes for them to learn and sing along to. Justin also encourages interaction from those watching and at 45 mins long, this is probably just right.

When I bought this for my 15-month-old I was expecting a much more interactive DVD whereby little tots can learn the actions to the songs and are really encouraged to sing along, but that isn't really the case. There are a few actions thrown in, but there aren't that many nursery rhymes included and some of those are spoken rather than sung. Don't get me wrong, it's entertaining enough for my daughter, but just not quite I was hoping for. And it's pretty short too - about 40 minutes. I don't know if there's anything better on the market, but I'm definitely going to continue my search as this doesn't live up to expectations.

Our son has watched CBeebies since he was a baby and has always loved Justin Fletcher (Tikkabilla, Higgledy House, Something Special). When we discovered this dvd, our son was just learning to say a few words and he watched this dvd constantly - he loved it and still does aged 3 and a half. Very quickly, he knew the words and was singing along and we really feel this dvd was very responsible for his vocabulary and speech coming on so quick. Even Mum and Dad enjoy this dvd, as there is comedy even adults appreciate in it as well as stuff for kids. Can't recommend it highly enough - I bought several for little friends' birthdays and Christmases.

This is 40 or so minutes of Justin and nursery rhyme friends. Completely engaging and funny, just what you'd expect from Justin. I have a 4 (just) year old and a 15 month old and they both love the nursery characters and singing. I know Justin can be OTT for some of us adults, but lets not forget who this DVD's target audience is...having said that, I found myself laughing out loud along with my children in one or two places. The "12345 (once I caught a fish alive)" nursery rhyme where Justin and an actor (who I think used to be in Emmerdale) get the giggles is really funny.

My 2 and a half year son loves this cd. We live in Mallorca and it's a good way for him to learn english.

Für den Deuschen Geschmack nicht geeignet. Flechter ist ein schrecklicher Sänger, der besser nicht singen sollte. Habe den Kauf sehr bereut.
