easy to read and updated pattern blocks for nowaday use
really good pattern drafting reference,,,easy to understand and lots of modern ones that are practical for daily wearing as well. Some patternmaking books were written decades ago even re-edited but the style are old fashioned and hard to understand (either pictures or instructions). This book is amazing. The author seems to know which difficult part you may encounter so he elaborates more in an easy way (or given examples). I am a beginner as for learning pattern drafting. I will definately buy the next two volumes.

Very well explained instructions to create patterns. I had some basic lessons in the class and i this book is helping me develop my skills to a more advanced level. Excellent.
