Good quality leather
I just received the Milwaukee men’s leather pants LKM5790. I bought them to replace my old Hein Gericke pants that I have worn for 30 years. I am normally a waist size 32 and they fit a bit large, which is what I wanted,(tight pants on a long motorcycle ride is not fun). The quality and thickness of the leather is first rate. The front pockets are deep and the back packets, just normal. The watch pocket where I keep my earplugs is too deep to get them out easily. The belt loops will accept a normal cowboy belt, but nothing wider. The outer leg stitching is a single stitch. Good quality motorcycle pants should have a double stitch here so they don’t separate when you take a spill. Interestingly, the inner seam is double stitched, but this isn’t the one that blows out in a crash. The waist closure is a bit clumsy. They have a good quality hook arrangement supplemented with a metal button and buttonhole. The better quality Hein Gericke pants use the same hook arrangement, but have two metal snaps which is a better arrangement because the button is difficult to undo and will probably not last that long. The legs are extra long as you are expected to cut them to length. The fly zipper is a low quality no-name brand rather than the more expensive YKK brand that they should have used. This zipper is expensive to replace, but just costs a few more cents when you are making the garment. All in all the pants are good value for the money….just don’t think you are getting a top notch product.

What I like & what I don’t!
Nice leather, well sewn. These fit and are styled like Levis 505, Un-rinsed jeans. A tad larger than dark rinse Levi’s, because they haven’t been shrunk by the rinsing process. Deep pockets, all 5!The belt loops are a bit small, won’t accept a wide belt. A bit loose below the knee. Button hole is too tight, (might loosen over time) but it does have a secondary steel hook fastener in addition to the button.I wear 36x34 505’s for riding 36x32 for everyday. I ordered these in 36 and they fit great and seem to be the same as 34 length.I may sew elastic stirrups on the leg openings to keep them pulled down over my boots.Great value… I paid $115

Great Leather....
I bought the Milwaukee Leather Jacket and Pants....the texture matched each other which I was worried would not due to the variance in the pictures of each...the leather for the pants and jacket is great.....I took the pants to an alterations business and had the pants hemmed for $28.....I will not wear these as over pants on my bike so I can imagine that these will stretch out quite a bit more which would require a more expensive alteration to bring them in.....you could size down but I can only imagine that they would be quite uncomfortable if done that way....my thought the whole time was to stretch them out over time and drop another $100 in alterations to bring in the waist and taper the legs...still a great price as most leather pants are in the $350 range before alterations....I figure I'll be into them for around $250 after the leather is fully stretched....Hopefully road rash won't ruin my plans of safe riding and protection....

Gaaaah! Lose the label!
Just got my Milwaukee leather pants. They're stiff but well made and will be a pleasure to break in. I followed the advice and bought two sizes smaller (30 for a 32 waist) and I'm glad because now I can wear them in to conform to my exact body type. My only objection is with the label. It's stitched into the nice satin liner, right at the top of your crack and made of that stiff synthetic label material that has almost a razor edge. Forget wearing these commando - the label slices back and forth across your skin. Why can't they put it outside like most jeans manufacturers?

Too Heavy
These were like wearing a heavy coat below the waist but they are very well made and good quality.

Worth every penny
This is my first pair of leather pants. It’s comfortable and most important it’s quite loose and not tight around the crotch or thighs. The only problem i had with the pants and the reason why I gave it 4 stars was that i had to replace the original button that closes the pants with a much sturdier one. I am finally satisfied with this product because of its durability and its tough look.

These leather pants are heavy but not too heavy. Comfortable and well worth the price
I like everything about these pants. I wear them when I ride my motorcycle

good value
Arrived promptly. Fit was good, perhaps even slightly generous. There's plenty of leg length, so I altered mine for my short inseam and they look perfect. Price was fair.

Quality. fits perfect and looks great
I wear a 36" in Levi jeans. People say to order a size smaller for these pants, but I wanted to be able to put a layer on underneath. These fit probably like a 37" would so it was the perfect size. The legs are quite wide so it slips over another layer easily, and still fits nicely without. The legs are unhemmed and quite long as expected (probably close to a Levi 36" length). All I had to do was take a good pair of scissors and cut about 4" off the length. Leather does not need to be hemmed, but if you want to, simply fold in an inch or so and glue down a hem with some fabric glue. If you're not comfortable doing this, you can get it done cheaply at a tailor. These pants are about medium weight. They're definitely thicker than the average leather worn purely aesthetically, but not quite as thick as you see with some heavy duty motorcycle jackets. I'm using these with a motorcycle and think they'll do great. As for color, these are black. I was worried they may be a lighter shade, but they are darker than in the picture. Overall very happy with these pants and I'm sure they'll hold up.

Good quality, strong leather.
Four star. Quality is very good but the pants are rather low cut. For motorcycling that is a problem:you'd get a cold back. I bought them for outdoor working pants. Will need suspenders to hold them up.Lining and pockets are good. Overal I am happy wish they had a higher cut.(waist)Sizing is certainly 1 size large. I am 36 size, returned it , and bought the 34 size.

Good looking, comfortable and simple leather jeans.
These look like care was taken in the stitching, and well constructed. They are comfortable, even with the liner only coming half way down the leg. The bottom of the legs are not finished and left longer with the intention you select your waist size, and have the legs hemmed to your specific height. You can even do up the hem yourself with some leather safe glue and no stitching, if you so choose. I'd say the price is a little higher than it should be for comparable leather pants but overall its worth it.

Great quality and fit as expected
Great leather pants for riding. High quality as expected from Milwaukee and the fit was as expected which I ordered a size bigger and they are very comfortable and plenty long so you can trim to fit. I’m 6,2’ and 270 and the size 40 was perfect and loose enough to be comfortable for me. Great product would recommend.
