Genuine BOSCH Tumble Dryer WHITE DOOR HANDLE 644221

My handle snapped off. Was worried it was going to be really expensive to fix. This fits perfectly. Main difficulty was removing the original screws. Although they have star shaped slots, I was able to turn them using a small flat head screwdriver so didn't need to buy the torx ones. One of the white plastic pillars had snapped low down so was really hard to reach - you need to hold this still in order to remove the screw from it. However the door comes apart a bit and so I was able to reach it and hold it with plier things and then get the screw out of it! Bit fiddly but once the old screws and snapped bits of handle were off, the new bit is really easy to replace. Great replacement. Original handle design is poor and I suspect this will snap again.

Our Bosch tumble dryer works perfectly, despite its advanced age, but the handle has an in-built weakness. You have to be careful not to open the door by holding only the top of the handle, and when you are busy, it's easy to forget. Result? The handle snapped off. This replacement handle was just the job. It was easy to fit and at this price, a real bargain compared to what you would pay on other sites, yet it really is a genuine Bosch part. Very pleased with this purchase.

After refusing to pay over £30 for the official silver handle from Bosch (which is an utterly ridiculous price for a small bit of plastic) settled on this white one knowing full well it would look a bit stupid. It fits the WTE863B2GB tumble dryer perfectly. Might spend a couple of quid on a tin of metallic silver spray paint to match colour a bit better but to be honest it’s stuck in a utility room so don’t really mind. Just a shame the original Bosch part was so flimsy and since this one seems to be exactly the same it will no doubt fail eventually too. 5 stars therefore for the price alone.

Fit exactly as original.

I was really annoyed when the original handle broke on my tumble dryer. It was just on a whim I thought I would try Amazon for a replacement and I was delighted to find this. The colour is slightly off but it does the job perfectly. Can be a little fiddly to fit but persevere and you'll be fine. If I can fit it then anyone can!!

Identical replacement and easy to fit but suggest you look at the video on how to remove the remaining broken plastic stubs. Not a sturdy design as this is the third handle fitted over the last few years.
