When it says up to 10 days, does it mean that if you wash or shave afterwards you need to spray again?

Working for my son

I gave this for my son , because his underarm smelly very very very strong ......since 11yrs old(14 now). I brought a lot different spray , roll , cream...etc for him, but no one is last long and still left a little smelly. Finally, I tried this one for him, I found his underarm's is dry and no more smell. The bottle instruction said spray once can last 14 days, but my son spray 2-3 times a weeks (usually is spray the day have PE lesson or sport). Not sure the preious buyer left 1 star and said not working.
