These bags are pretty good; came in a variety of sizes, easy to use and were robust for the most part. I needed a lot of bags for an overseas move and didn't want my clothes or shoes getting damp and mouldy while on a shipping container. I ended up buying two variety packs and then a single jumbo/large pack. The variety was really helpful with each bag size being useful for specific needs (ie jumbo for coats or blankets, or the small size for pants, nickers socks etc.). This helped keep things separate so that it will be easier on the other end. The mechanism is easy to use (like a giant zip lock), you just use a blue "key" and is it can and forth across the zip a few times while pinching it to get a seal, then use a vacuum to suck the air out of a valve on the side, to which you then screw on a cap to close it off. I recommend coming back in 12 hours to ensure the bag hasn't reinflated as that happened a few times. Of around 38 bags only one failed, with a small tear forming just beneath the zip. I'm not sure if the problem was user error or a defect in the bag. By comparison, from a set of cheap ikea vacuum seal bags the failure rate seemed like 1 in four. With only one failure that was possibly my fault anyways it was hardly worth asking for a replacement, but it sure looks like the company are happy to do that if you wanted. I did find it hard to know how many I would need, as I had three separate orders, so maybe they could offer better guidance. Failing that, just give yourself lots of time or buy extra and then return them. I did see a few instances of moisture forming when some bags had been left in the sun (after sealing). You can combat this with moisture satchels, I just wish I'd know in advance. Je recommande ce produit - les grands sacs peuvent contenir facilement 4 oreillers 60x60 ou 1 couette d'été + 2 oreillers 60x60 - dans les petits sacs, j'ai mis les affaires de ski : 1 sac par personne ! J'avais des grands compactors (XXL) et à chaque fois c'était la galère à l'idée de devoir aller les ouvrir tellement ils étaient lourds. J'ai essayé d'utiliser la pompe (qui marche : à réserver pour les vacances) mais avec l'aspirateur c'est beaucoup plus rapide !

Ho aspettato un po' prima di dare un voto per capire se effettivamente funzionassero a dovere. Premetto che sono soddisfatto e do 5 stelle. La prima volta che ho imbustato due piumoni (separatamente) il sotto vuoto è durato poco. La ditta è certa dell'affidabilità di quel che vende e garantisce la sostituzione qualora il sottovuoto non durasse per cui mi sono detto "non gli converrebbe una promessa del genere se tutti i sacchetti si rigonfiassero... Avrò sbagliato io qualcosa". Per cui ho tolto i piumoni dai sacchetti e li ho piegati nuovamente, in maniera diversa. Ho fatto in modo che entrassero senza forzare. ho fatto in modo che il piumone occupasse buona parte del sacchetto, affinché sotto la valvola ci fosse parte del piumone anziché l'altra faccia del sacchetto, pur senza superare la linea indicata sul sacchetto stesso. Questo evita che l'aspirapolvere vada praticamente a risucchiare la faccia opposta del sacchetto anziché l'aria del piumone. Poi ho sigillato il sacchetto facendo scorrere la molletta blu sulla doppia striscia blu di chiusura da destra a sinistra e viceversa un paio di volte, per tutta la lunghezza della striscia, esercitando un po' di pressione per essere sicuro di chiudere bene. Infine ho svitato il tappo blu e messo il tubo dell'aspirapolvere sul "bocchettone" di aspirazione e, quando mi è parso che il sacchetto fosse abbastanza rigido, ho levato l'aspirapolvere e messo rapidamente il tappo avvitandolo bene. Al momento sono trascorse due settimane e i tre sacchetti grandi sono ancora perfettamente sotto vuoto. Visto che in questi giorni le temperature sono scese parecchio penso che userò anche quelli medi per mettere via un po' di magliette a maniche corte e vedrò se reggono.

I’ve bought so many brands of vacuum bags in the past but these are a standout. I use the bags to store seasonal clothing but I an see their use for other bulky items too. Every bag comes labeled with clear and simple instructions. These are the only bags I’ve bought that haven’t re-inflated while in use. The design is quite unique and does deliver as promised. I like the hand pump it comes with as It’s simple to use and great for travelling.
