I thoroughly love this grain! As someone with diligent stomach related issues, I'm on a restrictive eating schedule, and finding this grain with its great, clear trimmings has been an unmistakable benefit for me. The crunch is striking, and the flavor is great — not unreasonably overpowering. What I appreciate the most is that it's not over-trouble with charm or sugar, which is a common issue with boxed and packaged food assortments. This oat is sans gluten with no refined sugars, and the berry flavor tastes customary, not fake in any way shape or form. Unlike other 'without sugar' cereals that usage outrageous sugars like minister regular item or stevia, this oat has the ideal extent of charm. I can unhesitatingly say that this oat causes an uproar in and out of town. Moreover, I've experienced no optional impacts like enlarging. Thankful to you to the producers for making such a remarkable thing!

My go to cereal for my children... really great taste. Quite pricey though but my kids loves it a lot.

Tastes good and healthy for you! We order a few times a month. Cheaper on Amazon. Healthy natural ingredients, not fillers and garbage. Great taste and texture. Crunchy and nice size bag. I love to eat out of bag as snack!

Good ingredients , healthy eats

This is the best gluten free, no refined sugars cereal. I can definitely taste berry flavor(which doesn't taste artificial at all!) and slightly sweet taste. I'm not a fan of all the other "sugar free" cereals that add too much sweetener(monk fruit/stevia). As for the other low star review, they are probably used to processed foods. This is not meant to be super sugary. I've been living the lifestyle for about 8 years now, so this is the right amount of sweet. I like to add freeze dried strawberries and the texture of the cereal reminds me of cheerios almost. No side effects; bloating etc...
