It covers a lot about releasing fear!
I would recommend this book to anyone that has decided to release the fear of birthing over to God and allow Him to give them peace through the process. This book is about the Christian principles of not living a life of fear. She speaks this theme through examples of womanhood, motherhood, singleness, marriage, pregnancy, and childbirth. She is also very transparent about her own short-comings/victories. This book covers a lot of ground, yet is a short and easy read. It is for first time moms as well as seasoned moms (I personally am on my 5th child now).

A breath of fresh air
I love the authors view point. I share the same beliefs about natural birthing and I learn alot of information including the Bradley method and hypno birthing. I am interested in hydro birthing as well. With so many people telling you horror stories about birth over 30. I find peace in naydra's words that birthing in peace can be possible. I do not have any kids this season of my life but I'm currently getting my mind, body and spirit ready so when my season of motherhood begin I can birth in peace. Kudus to channing and naydra on being led by God. A breash of fresh air.
