This pack has been a life saver for me, as a newbie just starting to finally take my fitness seriously at age 40. Meaning I'm always stiff and sore. The foam roller is nice and very firm. I really like the different shapes balls to really pinpoint where I need the release. The strap is very handy for stretching, especially since I am very inflexible, it helps get a nice stretch on my legs and arms. But the best part to me is the tiger tail roller. I've never used one before this, so I don't have much to compare it to, but it feels very nice and is much easier to use than the foam roller because it is just hand held and I don't have to get into compromising positions on the floor to use it 😅

I love this kit! I just got it yesterday. I've had back stiffness and pain for quite a while. I rolled out with the foam roller yesterday and this morning and for the first time in a long time I don't have any pain or stiffness. I love all the options you get. The plastic roller isn't my favorite but it's nice to have. Well worth the money spent. One of my favorite purchases. Why did you pick this product vs others?:I liked all the options it came with and it seemed like a great value for the price.

This set is overall pretty good, with most of its value being in the nobbed roller pin and the strap. These are of high quality and help very well in exercises. The big solid roller as well as the two “ball rollers” and the pin ball are unfortunately of hard plastic with no elasticity whatsoever, making them a bit uncomfortable when using on your back or thighs. The whole set comes in a decent bag to store it in and a small instruction print. Everything is very lightweight so it’s easy to transport and carry. Overall, I do recommend it.

This is my first set of foam rollers, and they seem to be everything that I'll need. So far, so good. Seems like a good price for what I received.
