Simple to use, consistent and not horribly expensive.
What a simple unit, that works seamlessly with the app. Nothing to do, just plug it in, find it on the wifi, connect, and watch your readings daily. When we first plugged it in, the reading spiked to 5 or 6, and we worried about the level in our home. Since then it has settled back to .82 or so… and been pretty much consistent there. Easy to read/understand and unobtrusive. If it lasts - it’ll be very, very good.

Cheaper is not better
Not accurate. These things can cause you anxiety because they don’t report correctly. I have a second meter that I had running alongside the mitigation company meter so I know it’s accurate. I’ve reset these, I purchased two, to see if it was just a setup glich, but they still read higher. Returning for sure. This shows you can’t go cheaper and expect quality.

Great Value over Test Kit
Simple set up and connectivity to phone. Great alternative to test kit as this is a little more money buts lasts more than one test.

Took several days to provide a reading
I almost returned this as I thought it wasn’t working. Instructions were poor. It took 3 days of seeing blinking horizontal lines before I actually got a reading. It seems to be working fine now- but should tell people this could happen. Other than that, it was easy to use.

Radon detector worth buying!
With what I have heard about radon , everyone should have a detector. This one is worth the money and lets you know where you are in danger or not.

Does not read proper levels
Like others have said, it takes a few days for the first reading. However, my unit began reading at 4.5, then slowly going down over time. By the fourth day it was down below 1. And I tried unplugging and plugging it in. Total waste of time. I bought another brand and it confirmed my levels were below 1. By the way, I hired a contractor to inspect my system and that cost $200. So this broken unit cost me $200 plus having to buy another detector that actually works. Thanks for that.

This is a good choice for a portable tester.
Easy to use. Just follow the instructions. Reading are very clear, and agree with the numbers from the more involved tests.
