These pieces are so stinking cute. I absolutely love the different themes and the fact that they have different sets that appeal to both boys and girls is such a plus. All of my kids LOVE the wooden trains and it's nice to have something beyond the standard sets. The Christmas theme is a nice touch. They are all fairly sturdy quality and hold up to almost daily use of some not so gentle play. I just wish they were more affordable. Each item seems a bit pricey. The good new is that they are compatible with most other wooden branda, so we can buy cheaper standard tracks elsewhere and then give our set some flair by adding items such as these.

Beautiful Christmas colors. Unfortunately the hole for the crane is too big therefore it’s not sturdy and the magnet is not work with any of the lift boxes.

After learning how to spell your name, stock up on extra alphabet letters to practice sight words, or build spelling words. Especially effective for kids with a strong Kinesthetic learning mode.

Christmas gift for my nephew. He loved it and it worked with his existing wooden trains.

Unfortunately the hole for the crane is too big, which makes the crane droop & not stand upright. To make matters worse, the magnet polarity is opposite of what it needs to be in order to pick up any of the magnetic train lift accessories.

Love the Thomas scenery pieces for my grandsons

I bought this for my daughter and it is lovely. But it doesn't come with the train, or even a carriage with magnetic present, so there is nothing to lift with the candy-cane crane. I already have the port, which comes with a coal truck and magnetic "coal" to use with its crane. I can't get hold of the Christmas Train until January. I think this product is poor value (perhaps I overpaid on Amazon), I think the pictures and packaging are misleading as they show the train and magnetic presents, and I think it's a nonsense for a product like this to not include even a single magnetic present carriage for use with the candy-cane crane. Disappointed.

Tree and candy cane very loose. Candy cane will need glueing in to keep upright. Certainly not robust enough to use as a crane. Very disappointing

Lovely sturdy Christmas railway station. Asked my train mad son to build track around the Christmas tree and it looked great and made him feel very special. We also bought the reindeer train and Santa sleigh.

Brightly coloured, large, crane has ratchet inside (which I haven't seen before) so it can hold magnetic pieces in the air without support.Bought, along with the Christmas train, so that we can use our extensive train set as a Christmas display that the children can play with.

Adorable Christmas addition to our train set - my 2yo wanted a Christmas train and this complements the Christmas train perfectly. With a tree, a tunnel and candy cane crane, he loves it!
