Spray your garden 8 ways++
I love this multi-spray optioned hose nozzle. This hose has 7+ spray options, including Jet, Soaker and other settings I’ve not seen some sprays on other nozzles. It has a great no-leak connector and is easy to change between sprayer options without getting soaked myself. I would absolutely recommend this nozzle for a great value buy!

I am a "Gardener Junkie" and I LOVE this sprayer!
I am a "Gardener Junkie" ! And I use hoses and hose sprayers a lot! I have 4 different hoses in different places on my property. It is important to me to have a good hose reel and good sprayer on my hose. I just received this sprayer and I loved using it today. Everything works smoothly on it and I really like all the different sprays on this one. This sprayer has one or two different patters that none of my past sprayers had. It feels well made. I can not advise how long it has lasted me since I just received it today .... but, I can advise it is a good hose sprayer and most gardeners will enjoy this one.

Just what my injured wrists needed.
In 60+ years I've used a number of spray nozzles with a number of years owning a car wash. Some I couldn't get rid of fast enough, some I nearly cried over when they wore out. I really like this sprayer. The thumb operated sprayer is just what my injured wrists needed. It took a couple times before I got over the habit of adjusting my grip and extending my fingers reaching for the front lever like most sprayers. After a few minutes the thumb operation seems much more natural and comfortable than the old front lever spray nozzles. I'm not going back to that. The valve design of this sprayer eliminates the old fashion exposed linkage and front lever that can wear out and catch on things. The plastic valve in this sprayer doesn't feel likely to wear out any time soon and it lays flat so it doesn't snag on things. The nozzle is very comfortable in the hand and the spray selection has a positive click at each selection and feels like it will last awhile. I just added a 2nd one to my shopping cart for the other side of the house. I even dropped it several times and it didn't spray me. Will surly give this 5 stars after I test the durability for a summer. After using this sprayer every day for over a week, at this price I don't care if the sprayer doesn't last until next year. I have no reason to doubt it's going to last a good while. It's such a pleasure to use I'm giving 5 stars. I would suggest one simple design change. Reposition the valve assembly so the valve is opened by pushing the valve forward rather than forward to close. It's more logical and that's where my thumb wanted to go every time I used the sprayer. It shouldn't even cost anything to make the change. After spending the mild winter in the garage this sprayer developed leaks at the valve and under where the chrome plated threaded portion meets the rubber coating. I tried several new washers to make sure that wasn't causing the leak. Minus one star.

Good features, neglect tolerant.
Survived 3 years of neglect and abuse. Dropped onto concrete repeatedly, left out in the sun. Finally died last week, reordered a new one without a second thought.

Totally legit
Definitely higher quality than I expected. Simple design, with less parts to fail. Several different settings. I bought one for the backyard, tried it out, and bought the second one for the front yard a few days later.

Throw your money on the toilet before buying these
Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, and you have permanently lost a customer. These sprayers look slick and operate smoothly, for one season. Then the fancy fake chrome base splits off and water leaks everywhere. I tried taping it back on with duct taped and wrapping with plastic but it doesn’t work. It is a tragic design flaw to not make that piece permanently attached to the handle. Every one of these I’ve bought has done the exact same thing. I rarely bother writing reviews but after being so excited to get back into gardening and finding that if I want to water my plants, I have to go buy new hose sprayers AGAIN, I am just livid. Under no circumstances should anyone spend money on these, unless you’re perfectly fine with replacing them every year. I would rather pay twice as much for something that’s designed well and lasts for years.

Does not leak. Smooth operation.
Over the years I have tried types and brands of sprayer nozzles -- including those from popular manufacturers such as Nelson, Melnor, Orbit, etc. I brought them inside for the winter, I changed rubber washers, cleaned them, etc. Each year I would get the same result when I tried to use them in the spring -- they would not work properly or they leaked. This year I did some extended research to find SOMETHING that would even just last through the season. I came across the Redess sprayer and it had good reviews and many features, so I bought two -- one for my front yard and one for the back yard. Unlike most other nozzles I had owned - these screwed on to the hose smoothly and the connection was tight. I could tell that I would not have to "jump through hoops" to fix leaks - and I was right. NO LEAKS - right from the start. I have used them all season (6 months so far...) and the sprayers have never leaked once. The sprayer itself is nice - good hand contour and feel, grippy. The sprayer really has good pressure (provided, of course, that your water line has decent pressure). On the straight-line jet setting I can spray my lawn from about 40 or 45 ft. Actually, most of the 10 different spray patterns are useful. And the rotating ring to change spray patterns is smooth -- not ratchety like that of several more expensive nozzles. Durability -- I have dropped them on a concrete driveway -- no problem. I have left them sitting in 95 degree sun - no issues (*I don't do that often, but once in a while we get lazy...). I buy dozens of products throughout any given year - but I choose only a very few to give a review for. Instead of rushing to review a product after 2 or 3 days of use (not helpful...) I wait until I have really used the product for a while. After 6+ months, I feel that this is a product that deserves commendation. Caring about a hose sprayer may seem silly - but not to those who have to rely on one to do lawn and garden work each season! If you are tired of the endless nonsense with sprayers (especially the limited junk they have in the large hardware outfits) - give the Redess sprayer a try. For $10, you cannot go wrong.

Good nozzle. sprays wel,l but likes to leak.
Good unit has good flow but seems to leak from the tip after a while. Had it about 6 months before it started to leak. Tried tightening the center screw but still leaked. Other then that seem to work good.

Exceeded expectations.
I bought this nozzle as a replacement and it works better than the original nozzle. No leaking and very easy to use. I can even ask my 4 years old to water the garden without a mess:) I'm very happy with the product.
