Reading the reviews for this item are pretty hilarious. There's obviously a few people who left negative reviews that don't fully understand how Mattel does things. First off, I purchased 2 E cases hoping for the Cosmo super. I did not get one, but everything was in good condition and a decent mix overall.Those who complained about not all the cars being 2023...the copyright date on the back IS NOT when they were made, that is when the general artwork for the car was approved. Also, only brand new castings will have the "New for 2023" logo on the front.My only complaint is the price. 16 cars just about anywhere else will cost around $20. I can't imagine the packaging adds $5 to the cost. $24.99 is slightly overpriced in my opinion. Still probably cheaper then gas if you run around all morning looking for new Hot Wheels!

I have already received 2 boxes of the A B C boxes and I didnt get one single treasure hunt or regular treasure hunt cars, when the boxes were advertised mattel made it look as if you would end up with at least one STH or TH car. Seriously misleading advertisement on their part.. Dont buy these boxs its not worth it. Update - Just recieved the D boxes and guess what. Still no treasure hunt or Supers in the boxes. Dont waste your time making a purchase of these boxes. At this point I am starting to think that someone is most likely opening up the boxes before delivery and taking the TH and STH cars out of them before boxing and sending out the orders. Waste of money unless you want all the other crappy cars in the box. But it you looking for TH and STH stick with going to the store and searching because these boxes have already been taken from.

G case: I got the g case Gas Monkey Corvette Super Treasure Hunt so I am very pleased with this purchase. I also got quite a few castings that I haven’t seen in my stores near me so I was very happy with this. I’m bummed some of the better castings, the 4 in the third row, had busted blisters but I collect loose as well as my kids collecting loose HotWheels. I’m putting a pre order in for “I” case which I believe is j case since there are no I or O cases. Definitely a gamble but watch case openings on YouTube to see if you like the castings that are coming in certain cases.B case: Sealed case/10 real & 6 fantasy/ No reg TH or STH/would buy again.Buying this I figured the likely hood of getting a STH or TH was slim like in the store but I enjoyed the mystery of it all. I do feel like the Mario kart wasn’t really a “new” variation but my 5 year old choose that one to crack open. Also missing from the pics is the purple wheeled Baja bone shaker that my little girl grabbed as soon as it came out of the box.Do not expect to be one of the lucky few every time. It’s just like the store. You may get cars you already have but overall this was a great idea.The 4 star rating is because my order was supposed to be here for my Valentine’s Day gift. Instead it arrived today March 1st. So you may have to wait a little extra…also one or two cards had soft/bent edges.

Mix A and B were awful due to quality control issues. The following mixes have been very good to great! So far, I have scored one Treasure Hunt and one Super Treasure Hunt. These boxes are great because scalpers have made finding good Mainlines stores difficult. So these boxes make it easier to get great cars.The dissatisfied people with this product probably didn't read the description in FULL. Hot Wheels makes it known that every box does not come with a Treasure Hunt. These are all mainlines. Read and understand what you're buying.Make sure that the box is sealed when you receive it. Return it if it's not.

Fast and what was expected

F case(s) arrived earlier than expected. I ordered 1 D case and 2 F cases. I had A,B, & C preordered but canceled all because I found my castings in the store. My D case black box was a dud. I hope Amazon/Mattel change this format to include ALL of the new castings. D was mostly fantasy cars. The sought after castings were NOT included. But the F cases were excellent, both were identical. None of these cases had a (S)TH casting but that isn't why I purchased these boxes. First issue, new color, new casting cars were my reasons to try this. 5 stars for my F case, 3 for the D. 4 for the potential future of my eyecandy

Fun little box to open arrive and open. While this box won't always be a hit for THs or STHs, I've heard on Reddit from many people who have gotten STHs in their box. I ordered 2 A cases and they arrive on time as promised on the original pre-order. I got no duplicates per box and scored a TH I had been looking for in one of them! Boxes were sealed, which makes me feel like the special cars are randomly added and not withheld. I will definitely roll the dice and order 2 more of each letter case and see what I get!Having these little cases sure beats the disappointment of going out weekly to search for HWs locally.

I bought Hot Wheels black box A-D and had no problem. The same was not true for box E which had an outer box tear and the tape had been removed and poorly put back on. There were 16 cars in the box, but the cars were pawed through with some cars taken out and replaced with duplicates. There have been complaints made by others over the same issue so, if you purchase this box, good luck to you in getting what you paid for. I for one don't recommend buying set E. I have set F coming in soon and only hope it to hasn't been given to a dog to paw through. The cars themselves are great, but all 16 are supposed to be different with a chance of getting a special car. When I pay full price for a new item, I expect to get a new item and not find that someone else rummaged through it first, took what they wanted, and left me to be completely unhappy.
