What comes in the box?

The fountain body, submersible pump, adaptor for lighting, and a maintenance kit.

Why isn’t water flowing?

Check if the pump is submerged and properly connected. Refill water if needed and ensure the plug is secure.

The lights aren’t turning on—what should I do?

Confirm the adaptor is tightly connected to the jack and the socket has power.

It’s best to use RO or filtered water to prevent mineral buildup and extend pump life.

How do I drain the water from the Fountain?

Detach the pump from the fountain pipe. Connect it to any small pipe. Plug in the pump to flush out water. Wipe the fountain with a soft cloth or sponge. Refill with RO water and reassemble.
