I don't know. It is not printed on the gears anywhere and I cant honestly see well enough right now to count the teeth. their pretty small. so I don't know.

do you have suggested things you could make w/ these for 7 year old ?

My 7 year old and I made a car using posicle sticks and a glue gun in addition to the kit. Since the gears are so small the tollerance for placing them correctly is pretty tight. My 7 year old wasn't able to line up the axle holes by himself and still have the gears mesh. With adult help and immagination you could make all kinds of contraptions.
