These are amazing tools to use as a female. I use them either on my lower back or on my pelvic region it incredibly helps with reducing cramps that consistent heat is a godsend and they do work 6 to 8ish hours for fantastic relief. The only thing I can say is they stick really really really well when although that is great it can hurt when you're removing them My suggestion, take the adhesive backing off stick it to your clothes and then pull it off this reduces its excessive stickiness still allows it to stay perfectly fine and makes it a little nose painful when you do have to remove them but at least they stay where you're supposed to!

These are pretty good! I wouldn't say they're the best heat-wise, but they're made with all-natural ingredients, so that makes it way more positive. Can be used all day, unlike others.

LOVE THESE!!!! I be falling asleep with them on and love that it comes with a cooling sticker that you can put on it to regulate the temperature , but I love the heat patch to be nice and hot on me so I’m loving them!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️ it’s a must buy for us women when going though our cycle!

Eh. This is the first patch I've had that actually goes on the skin, so I was hoping for some actualy heat action. It has good adhesive to stay on like a bandaid. No need for the temperature control sticker because it doesn't get warm enough. Directions say to wear all day, but there just isn't enough heat to soothe cramps, just a small amount of heat when you press it to your body with your hands but can't maintain that. Unfortunately don't recommend.

Just at started using the mistral patches as I have a very heavy flow. Within five minutes, I felt the heat generate to the area. I have the most issues and let me tell you. I instantly started feeling better. Thank you for having a natural product to help alleviate these symptoms thank you for thinking of women ❤️

This product has burned my daughter's pelvic area (stomach) badly. Despite putting creams for burned skin is not improving nor going away. I would not recommend anyone to purchase. I purchased because the ones I always got my daughter are no longer available. Will not buy this product ever again.
