Viper Laser Throw Line Markers – Battery-Operated Precision Oche Lights in Multiple Styles

Great price, works well. Just about bright enough in the daytime with sunlight, and totally awesome at night. Obviously a raised oche would be better, but this is so convenient if you use the room for anything else, and a million times better than a mat or a line on the carpet. Setup is fiddly as it moves when you tighten the screws, so it takes a while to get right, but once it’s set, it doesn’t move. I also like that you can use an AC adapter instead of batteries if you want (it doesn’t come with either). Overall, great value and a clever solution.

This is a great product at a reasonable price & does the job perfectly. Easy to install, I just double sided sticky taped it to our cork board & it’s firmly attached but u can screw to the wall. Easy to set up & it provides a nice bright oche line during both night time & daytime. No tripping over raised oches or constantly readjusting slipping mats. Really pleased.

Dad has liked this for Xmas. Easy to set up and I just used sticky pads to fix it. Laser is easy to see So much easier then having a matt or something laying on the floor every time you play

Just received and fitted this dart laser oche line from Viper and am very pleased with it. It’s well designed fitting nicely on the bottom side of the cabinet and the design means the batteries are easily replaced and switch accessible. The laser line itself is plenty bright enough to see. Build quality also good. Easily adjusted to put the line in the right place and then is ‘locked’ by means of the two screws either side of the laser. I used sticky double sided foam type tape to secure mine to the bottom of the cabinet rather than screws and this has worked well. I recommend this product as it works well, is discrete and good value.

The Viper Laser Oche is a really neat concept that gives you a clean, accurate throw line without needing a physical mat, and it’s easy to set up and use; however, when running on batteries the laser can fade and lose brightness over time, which takes away from the consistency—overall, a decent 3-star option.

Does the job really well puts a bright red line on the floor for oche or where throw line would be. It is bright so you can use it in daylight or bright lighting and still see the line. Easy to setup once you screw it in below your dartboard the fiddly bit is adjusting the lazer beam it is on a small ball joint so you can rotate it to make the line level and square at the oche then lock it with 2 screws. You only see were the light is on the oche but anything in between the unit and the oche line will stop the light. You need 4 AA batteries it will run of a unit but you have to buy that. Not had it long enough to know how long batteries last. Well worth buying I think.

Accurate piece of kit which is easy to use, the use of batteries doesn't bother me I haven't had to replace them yet. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars because i think its a little bulky and wide but that's me being picky.
