I’d brought a different brand previously for my knees & they helped a bit. I couldn’t get the same brand again but was recommended this ones & I have to say they are far superior! Working for me! So I’m getting some more. These work & I am having no problems whatsoever so far. Great product. I’m on my feet a lot day to day in an active job. I’d definitely recommend them.

I would say these are a brilliant all over body tonic.., good quality and good value for money. MSM is good for all ailments in my opinion and there are plenty of articles online with lots of helpful information. If we lived in an untainted natural way we would have organic sulphur in our bathing and drinking water and in the earth which nourishes our food... but in the meantime we have this supplement available.. ! I would especially like to say that before taking MSM, my holidays were marred big time by very bad reactions to mosquito bites despite using every over the counter drugs and anti-mozzie products available, including antihistamines from the doctor and alternative methods.. I have now had two holidays abroad this year and have had no awareness of any bites at all and therefore none of the distressing allergic reactions.. Many other people in my holiday groups and hotels had been badly bitten, so I recommended and offered MSM to them..This is miraculous for me as previously I have had 40+ years of mosquito spoiled holidays!.. which included all over large swellings, painful and itching bites that bothered me day and night for weeks on end, even after returning home, and the inconvenience of covering up when hot and rubbing in and consuming a myriad of uneffective sprays lotions and potions!.. If MSM can have a great effect helping the body be more balanced in this way, then how many other inflammatory or allergic conditions is it helping your body to eliminate.. I do not take any other supplements other than MSM with Vit C.. Many thanks

I've been taking these MSM tablets twice a day for almost a week now and I have to tell you... I feel Great! I am trying to make some positive changes to my life right now and addressing my diet was one of the things I needed to look at. Reading about MSM it appears to be a very important substance for our bodies, yet it is almost impossible to obtain it via food nowadays!! I am not a supplement person ordinarily but I have made an exception for MSM. I am well in to my 40s and suffer from Fibromyalgia, which includes overall pain and stiffness. Since taking these MSM tablets I have noticed a marked improvement in my joint pain and possibly also the inflammation! I really do feel like these are making a difference. I have even got hubby to take them too. Yes they are rather large but if you think about it we swallow larger mouthfuls of food.... I wash mine down with a pint of spring water and an orange juice chaser!

These truly are miricle pills. I've been taking these for a couple of weeks. I Have a trapped nerve in my neck/shoulder that a chiropractor has been working on for a few weeks. She helped but there was still a problem. These along side the treatment have been excellent. Aside from that i always had a clicky neck all my life. Now that has disappeared. Another result has been that the skin on my face has visually lifted by 2 mm. I know this because i had 2 small skin tags on my eye lid that have moved up after many years. my whole visage is lighter and skin more glowy. Did not purchase ot this reason but has proved o work wonders in many ways. Can't wait to see more improvement in other ways after further use. Has also vastly improved my bowel function. If i could i would rate these more than 5 stars. Highly recommend you try this supplement.

I bought it for my knee after surgery, skin and gym performances and didn't see much of an effect, so maybe is an individual case.

I visited India earlier this year and arrived home with an unwanted souvenir, a very unpleasant parasite called giardia. I was very ill for almost two months and it took some time to be diagnosed. I was prescribed two courses of strong antibiotics which reduced the symptoms for a while but then the problems returned. I improved within a few days and have been well since. The antibiotics made me feel very ill but no side effects with msm, apparently You need to keep taking it for a while to make sure all the parasites are gone, so it is important that the treatment doesn't make you feel worse than the illness!

After 3 days of taking this product I began to notice significant improvements in my energy levels and my ability to move without hips and knees hurting was just wonderful. About 3/4 months ago I started taking Serrapeptase regularly and found myself steadily improving by way of reduced inflammation in the body. I added Vit D3 and Selenium two months ago and my energy levels improved along with increased mental clarity but it seems the MSM is orchestrating improvements all round and pretty quickly too which is pretty amazing. Everything appears to be clicking together. I feel very much like myself after years of suffering sub clinical hypothyroidism. My first positive step, outside of neglected home chores, was to get my hair cut and buy some new clothes. I anticipate a leap forward in expanding my little bubble to take on the world again. So from my perspective I beleive MSM to be vital in improving physical and mental health.
