I go on extended water fasts for 5-7 days 2-3 times per year. This ketone meter works well to help me track my ketone levels as I progress into the fast. I get to optimum ketosis levels around day 3.This ketone meter is very easy to use and I've had no problems with it. I am happy with this purchase.

I returned this ketone meter, b/c it did not work. Neither did the other brand that I replaced it with. I guess there’s a need for much improvement for ketone breath meters. 😢

Takes a bit to turn on but works fine and is cheaper in the long run than buying strips.

I’m really not quite sure what to think about this device. It sometimes takes multiple tries for it to read my breath. Ill blow into it and it will just beep twice and display 0 (just like if you don’t blow into it at all. Then the next time it’ll work and give me a reading. Then, the readings are anything but consistent. I’ve seen it vary by up to 10 ppm in consecutive readings, though it usually is around the ballpark. So this definitely is not a precise measurement. But I wanted to try kept and be able to tell when I’m in ketosis (without going overboard) and this kinda does this. So it’s good enough for my purposes, I guess. I just feel it should be a lot cheaper for the quality of device that it is.

It worked great for about 4 weeks. The last 3 days it does not register a count. It's always 0 although I've used other methods and that is incorrect. I have been at around 17. I changed the batteries but it still doesn't work. This is very disappointing.

Most readings are zero when a blood test reveals a very high Ketone reading. Once in a while is reads high like the blood test. Pretty much useless.

Easy to use and read. I love the color/number correlation. It come with a few mouth pieces, but not sure why? Are these supposed to be changed every time, weekly, monthly? Instructions don’t specify. It seems to be accurate plus/minus about 10% but for the price, I couldn’t expect better. Overall, great machine and purchase

What a joke, I know I’m in Keto because I have pee strips and I know my wife eats sugary foods all day; yet we both blow 20 whenever we use it. 100% a scam
