Looks great, good quality and works perfectly. Water gets hot quickly and hotter than I expected.

We bought this tap a few days ago for our upstairs bathroom. It looks amazing. Looks a really good quality tap. It was relatively easy to fit. We have installed it on a separate fuse for extra safety. As it is attached to mains water there is a very good flow and the water is nice and warm. Early days yet but going forward we can not see any problems with this tap.

Nice looking tap and warms up quickly

Stopped heating water very soon after purchase, the second tap has done the same 11 months in. It's now sprung a leak from the side near the nozzle. The only positive thing I can say about this tap is it looks good but I certainly wouldn't rely on it for hot water!

Because my water heater is so far away I needed a way of getting hot water to a bathroom. This tap was the perfect solution. I was able to install it, including the wiring within 30 minutes. It would have been a lot quicker if the electricity route was simpler. However, I digress. If you nee hot water, literally on tap, then this is the answer. Runs off a simple 13amp fused socket.

I have had this for a year and its rarely used. I find it very unstable, either boiling, scalding hot or cold. I wouldn't buy again

Purchased to replace a similar tap that had gone faulty. Fast delivery, easy to install,looks good. Temperature display is not accurate. Gets hot enough to wash up. Will have to see what the durability is like. Better than the previous one I hope

Does exactly as it says. Instant hot water in bathroom with only cold water supply. Warm enough for any cleaning, but not scalding, which is good. Only downside is the temperature is higher when it has a certain flow - if there is low pressure, then the lowest setting heats more - but that's a pressure issue, not a tap one. Fitting was straightforward, and connection to water and power easy. Great product.
