This cushion has a buckwheat base with a soft foam top. The buckwheat takes your form to firmly comfortably support your body weight. This is a very comfortable cushion for any multiple of activities which involve sitting on the floor.

This Yoga Pillow is perfect, it good and firm, perfect for my Meditation.

This is a well made, beautiful pillow. The stitching is obviously machine but, it is clean and the design is very nice and durable. We have had many people sit on it from a child to 260lbs dude, all agreed it is very supportive and overall comfortable. I removed a start because the pillow is one sided. The top stitched part has an extra layer so you cannot feel the "bumps" of the buckwheat hulls-which is appreciated but, the bottom does not have that layer and placing your knees or tail bone on the other side is very uncomfortable. I wanted to use the other side so I would not feel the stitching, they are a little scratchy when I am wearing shorts. The other side is all the soft material.

I was very excited about ordering this meditation cushion.  I love yoga and have been using couch throws.  I definitely feel a difference from using this cushion versus just a couch throw pillow.  I can feel the alignment in my spine and core strength when using the new cushion.  I can confirm the cushion measures approx. 15 in width and 5 in height and is firm and supports my quiet poses. This is perfect for me and I am 5’6” 140lbs 47 yo female. I ordered the blue and love the peaceful and calming color. Also, the bolster is filled with buckwheat hull and is adjustable by adding and removing the buckwheat as needed. The top of the cushion there is a foam pad that adds extra support. The carrying handle is great for easy grabbing and on the go.  The cover has a zipper and is easily removeable and washable. I really like this cushion and recommend it.  I will be giving the product a 5 star, if it does not live up to that rating I will update the review.  Overall I am very satisfied with the product , but after continues wash and use if the product does not continue to warrant the rating I am giving the product I will update the review with information and pictures

This cushion is perfect for sitting on when doing yoga. It’s a lot bigger than I thought it would be and very sturdy. It’s also very comfortable and the cushion is this beautiful teal color, that makes it look pretty just as a pillow decoration too.

This is super heavy which is great but it's kinda small. Best for those of you with little to no rear. I use it as a super heavy couch pillow. My son, who is tiny, uses as floor pillow occasionally. Yes I know it's a Yoga pillow but I guess you can't be fat and do yoga.
