hello, ive bought the wrong size by mistake and just wanted to swap it for your smaller size, how do i contact you directly?

Sorry, I am not the seller, just a customer, but received this question from Amazon. Amazon have a swap option,if you have the app, you can see it there. You need to send back the wrong item, choose the swap option and the item you want to swap it for,and Amazon will do it all for you. They will deliver the new item in return.I did this before and it is very useful!

Does this product meet British Standard 1877-10: 1997?

Hello, Thank you for your question. BS1877-10:1997 is a withdrawn standard. This mattress is designed to meet BS EN 16890:2017 which is the current performance standard for cot mattresses. We hope this helps. Kind regards, Mother Nurture

Will this fit the ikea sniglar crib? im having a hard time finding a mattress of 71.12 x 132.08 cm (which is the crib size inside)

We have a John Lewis Nouveau cot,140x70.It did not fit, and we had to send it back. Inside it was smaller, and this was too big for it.I suggest you buy a mattress that fits with your cot from Ikea.We bought 3, none of them fit, then we bought the final one from John Lewis, that was the perfect fit.
