Great for overnight oats.
The flakes are nice and big, whole grain, and have that proper hearty texture — very similar to good old-fashioned non-GF rolled oats. They make a brilliant creamy porridge, hold up well in overnight oats, and work perfectly in baking (flapjacks and cookies come out great — no weird aftertaste at all).No reactions whatsoever, which is the most important thing for me. The 1kg resealable bag is brilliant value compared to tiny supermarket packets, and the price is very reasonable for certified gluten-free quality.Highly recommend if you’re after tasty, versatile, properly satisfying gluten-free oats — these are now my go-to and I’ll definitely be buying again!
