I would be leery when purchasing from this seller. The PlayStation 4 turned on but the controller they sent with it was a non working controller. I called Amazon customer support and they told me not to worry and she would send a message to the seller and the seller would send out a replacement controller right away and not to worry about returning the non working controller. The next day the seller had a completely different process. They would send me a label to return the bad one then send out a replacement after they received the bad one. I would have to wait at least a week or longer before I could setup and use the PS4. As a small business owner I find that unacceptable. I bought a new controller with overnight delivery and was able to set it up and use it.

It did deliver quickly due to me paying extra for that but upon receiving this ps4 my son got onto it and realized it does not in fact have 1 TB it only has 800gb so he’s not able to put all his games onto this one since his old one crashed. It’s very irritating to say the least.

Please do not buy from this seller! I bought my son a PS4 for Christmas. We received it on time and everything. We set it up and within minutes it was unsyncing from the controllers. It would turn off while playing games and wouldn't stay connected to wifi. I sent it back and they sent me a replacement. Same experience so at this point I wanted a refund. Sent the refund a week later minus a "restocking fee" of 60 dollars. Thanks for all the trouble!!! My son still doesn't have a Christmas present and it's march!

So I purchased this item witch was a mistake because the system freezes up won't play any of my games I have to take the disc out and put it back in it tells me my controller may not be a real PS4 controller and my controller was defaulted and they told me they would refund me the cost of the controller witch I never seen so my next day off I will be returning this and getting my money back
