The gel does level a tacky residue when evaporated.

Useless
Worst product ever bought on Amazon. Spout locked in position and will not release. Gel is sticky and very unpleasant to use. Advice - don't buy.

This is good value but it leaves a sticky residue on your hands which then peels off when you nxt wash your hands,i'm afraid there is better out there.
