Decent Labtop
Very nice Laptop for the price, but due to low ram memory, you cannot have too may windows open at once

Weak brackets and screws
The computer itself is nice and it runs smoothly, BUT the brackets broke within the first year and I had to constantly re screw them back on. The screws that come with the computer does not hold the back together. Power button also made it's way outside the computer due to screws not doing its job.

Pen different than image listing
The media could not be loaded. Other than the pen being taped to the outside of the box and not working correctly, I love my new computer. I have been creating some digital art so I love the feature that allows this computer to turn into a large tablet & so far everything has been great! The battery life hasn't been bad at all it's lasted a few days of just working on it in the evenings before I needed to charge it! I do feel like I need a cover for the keyboard while it's in tablet mode just to protect them but thats it really! It's super light and a decent size.

Item SSD Issue
It was a fast ship. Item a Yoga 7i had a defective SSD, it would not register as a 1TB SSD. Worked with tech support to attempt to fix the issue. After 3 days and not success I asked for a refund. Vendor supplied me was a prepaid UPS shipping, item was shipped and received by vendor. I am now waiting a refund. Other than the SSD issue I found the vendor to be reliable.

I love my Lenovo laptop and the team is so great providing me with immediate feedback and help whehn i got a little issue. I am so proud i bought a perfect laptop fo my everyday needs! Its amazing….
