Great case to protect my iPhone 8. Fits really well and has protected my phone from few drops already. Scratching the case rather than my phone.The only thing I would say about the one I got is that it is smooth on the back. This is great for putting in pockets and clothing etc but when on table tops and other surfaces that are smooth it can be a bit slippery.I will probably get the one with more rubber lines on the back called the Presidio Grip in future to hopefully stop it from slipping on smooth surfaces.Had a few cases from Speck before for previous iPhones including 4 and 5 and would recommend them and only used them since then due to the good fit and quality of protection.

Purchased product end of August, and by start of December the case had started to deteriorate. By end of December, it was a mess and looked incredibly scruffy. Bearing in mind the other reviews, I can barely believe that this product is still being sold.

After going through 6 different cases (yes I'm fussy!), I settled on this one.Firstly if you are looking at this case and wondering what screen protector to buy, this is the one for you: BENKS Screen Protector for iPhone, iPhone Tempered Glass Protector- 3D Edge to Edge Full Coverage Sapphire Coating Film HD Ultra Clear Anti-Scratch Easy Installation, for 4.7 inch iPhone 7/iPhone 8 You will want an edge to edge screen protector, and to make sure you fit it dead centre (I made a bit of a mess with it the first time, and had to order a 2nd screen protector so try not to make the same mistake).Now everything is all setup, I couldn't be happier. The case feels good in your hand and the overall quality gives you confidence that should you drop your phone that it will be protected - something that many of the other cases I tried just didn't have. This combined with the edge to edge screen protector, should mean the next 2 years without me managing to break anything (I'll post back if that changes!)My only small niggle with it, is the thin rubbery plastic around the front side of the charging port and volume buttons. I've only had the case just over a month and not 100% sure at this stage if they will last for the time I keep the phone. Other than that, fantastic case.

Rubber trim on the bezel is starting to flake off after barely a month's use. Very poor build quality, which is a shame as their older cases worked a treat.Update: After 3 months or so's use, the plastic protector around the mute button is coming off the case, which leaves quite a sharp edge to catch on. Will have to be ditching this case for something more durable.

This is a good case. Having said that, I am currently on my second case as after 9 months and a few times I had to remove the phone to change the sim (less than 5-6) the insert for the mute button got deformed. Despite this I bought a second one as it is a solid case.
