Hi, how big is the package at arrival? Does it come fully assembled?

Yes mine came fully assembled in a box a little bigger than the item itself. It was very well packaged so the item was protected for delivery.

Hi the frame is metal coated with white plastic, the woven bit is material but seems very sturdy its holding 9 bottles of suntan cream in one drawer (admittedly not all of them full)hope this helps

How tall are the four little legs please? I may need to hack saw them off to fit in the space that I have.

They are only an inch, maybe 2 at the most! It fitted perfectly into my tight space and holds a lot so hope it works for you 
