Very happy.
Excellent fridge. Amazing delivery and installing experience. Only reason for 4 star is the questions about capacity (feels small), efficiency (it is 3 Star. Opt for a 5 star as it is a long term purchase), value for money ( there are brands which are cheaper. Don't know if they are any worse. Whirlpools also have given maintenance issues in the past but only over long term not in the first few years). Overall nearly full marks in the few weeks of use. No noise. Even cooling. One small plastic part keeps falling off but it is just a white cap to keep the screw hidden. Overall, short term reviews in heavy appliances mean very little.

Nice product but poor handling by Logestic and transport workers
Nice product but poor handling by Logestic and transport workers, got a good visible Dent on a side of fridge, very disppointing and heartbreaking for us as unwilling but has to return back.....Got a day before delivery and just next day a service person (just a person.....? qualified) came for inatallation this is great job,but just after openning the package we notice a dent,so asked him not to intall, the service person was not carring a job card so i had to write on invoice print about DENT and took his sign on it. Called Amazon about problem and wish to return, amazon call centre attendends helped very nicely and smoothly for which we are very thankfull to them ang next day amazon picked up my return and refunded my amount to my card biller, now trying to place anew order with abit of hassitation in mind but with some courage of Amazon's call centre politness. And one more thing will like to tell amazon-while returning the fridge the person came to pick up the frige was alone and asked us to brought the frige at doorstep ,latter on the way he handlled the package I 'm dam sure the poor fridge is going to suffer more now onwards.

Within 1year 9 months compressor damaged
I don't find this refrigerator quite sturdy. I had to get the compressor replaced within 1yr 9 months. I bought this refrigerator based on the suggestion of my brother who had bought the same fridge, unfortunately his one also started having issue. I will suggest avoid whirlpool refrigerator.

Cooling Issue
Fridge stopped cooling after 1 year. Lodged a complaint, it has been 6 days, no one has called or visited yet. Customer care people say there is a technical issue, you will get a call next day but in vain. What's the benefit of buying a product worth 40k from an international brand when they can't even provide smooth customer service or provide resolutions. Can't say about the product but if this is the quality of service then certainly not worth buying! Please buy from another brand because product is bought once but there can be any situation requiring after services and at Whirlpool certainly no one cares...

Horrible experience with Amazon delivery and installation services
This is more of a service review than a product review. Hope it helps anyone who wants to order high-value items from Amazon. I'm an Amazon Prime member. If this was the experience we had, I can only imagine what non-Prime members go through. We ordered this item on 12th October. The initial delivery was quick. The nightmare began once we received the item. First of all, we were not contacted by the installation team within the timeframe claimed by Amazon. We raised a request with Customer Care for installation. The installation team then figured out that the product was incompatible. The exact reason was that the second door had dimensions that were mismatched to the refrigerator cubicle and therefore would not seal on closing. Therefore we were not able to start the fridge operation. Thereafter, the installation team, instead of going ahead and declaring the item as non-operational and ordering a replacement/refund for us, instructed us to raise the request with Amazon. Once we raised a defective item request with Amazon, the same team took more than 2 days to arrive and declare the item as defective. On declaration, they asked us to speak to Amazon again for the return of this item. The return team again inspected the item thoroughly and picked it up for return. In the meantime, Amazon informed us that they cannot ship the replacement to us, even though the above item was marked defective by their own installation team, and they even signed off on it, until they receive the returned product. The product was picked up on 17th October, and it still hasn't reached Amazon. In the meantime, they held us, hostage, by not shipping the replacement product to date. Ultimately, we had to cancel the replacement because customer service let us know that they may receive the item only in the week of 30th October, and thereafter, it may take a week for the replacement to be shipped to us. Moreover, for the cancellation, they informed us that regardless of the timeframe, they will be able to process our cancellation only after they receive the item at their warehouse. My question to Amazon/vendor is: (1) What was our fault as customers that the item turned out to be defective due to the poor performance/inadequacy of your quality control team and why should we be punished for it? (2) As a Fortune 10 company, since this is a failure at your end, shouldn't you try to pacify the customer, who has paid the due amount in full (Rs. 30990/-) and make sure that they do not go through any hassles, provided they already faced one due to the defective item? Isn't that in your customer satisfaction ethos? (3) Once your installation team and pick up team have verified the item as defective, shouldn't you process the cancellation order (in case the customer desires a cancellation over replacement) based on your team's verification instead of waiting to receive the item at your warehouse first? Effectively, after pickup, the item is at your disposal, so I want to know what prevents Amazon from processing the cancellation right after? We ordered a few other high-value items from Amazon, and the service we received more or less had hiccups, whereas what we customers want (seeing as we paid for the item and Prime service in full) is a smooth journey from order to delivery. We ordered a single high-value item from Flipkart, and we had a much smoother experience with their installation and delivery staff than yours. Pick up your pace Amazon!
