Excellent item (when used correctly). I don’t know if that’s the correct way to but I think this file performs best of dry feet. No, not just it wasn’t soaking, I mean dry. This product is amazing. I have had issues with really bad callus build up on my feet. I have tried so many different things to get rid of it.
