This TushGaurd Cushion is Great. I ordered the Large in Grey to match my truck. So far after a weeks of daily use it is good to go. Definitely does the job as advertised. It is comfortable. Versatile. Easy to move around if need be. Ordered a few more for the other vehicles I have. Farthest trip so far has only been about 30-45 mins and it seemed good. You do feel a bit taller in the Car Seat sitting in this so you will have to adjust your seat height. My back and hip have pain relief now using this. So far so good. Highly recommend.

Just buy it! You won't regret it. If you've ever sat on a chair for more than a couple of hours and have to hobble away after, yes, this is what you're looking for. September 2022 I purchased this and it's now July 2026 and it still saves my back daily. I have used this pillow nearly every single day, at minimum 5 days a week for 8+ hours. Doing extremely rough match I've spent about 7,000+ hours sitting on this pillow and it works the same as the day I purchased it. The thickness of the pad is perfect, you don't feel like you're sinking and you don't feel like you're sitting on a hard floor. It's perfectly supportive in the way that you forget about it because it works so well, but if you remove it you see an immediate change. I use it in a standard desk chair and it fits fine. I am a larger woman with wide hips and I don't spill over the sides. I do like the cooling quality to it in the summer and I simply drape a blanket over my chair in the winter to make it cozy and warm. I would buy this again (though it's such high quality I have no doubt it will last for years to come) and I reccomend it to my friends and family all the time. As a bonus above everything else, there's a nice handle where you can carry it to your office and I use it in my craft room while sewing. And if somehow you're still not convinced, this pillow is easily a half to a quarter the price of similar ones and it is a workhorse.

I’ve been using this cushion on my office chair during longer work sessions, and it has made the chair much more comfortable. The foam has enough support to keep me from feeling like I’m sitting directly on a hard surface, but it still has some give to it. I like that it doesn’t take up too much room and fits nicely on a standard office chair. It is almosta little too soft and I would like a firmer mould. Comfort: Soft enough for extended sitting while still supportive Fit: Works well on my existing chair without sliding around constantly Convenience: Easy to move between chairs when needed The cover is also a nice touch since it makes the cushion feel more finished and easier to maintain. It’s not a replacement for a really good office chair, but it’s an inexpensive way to make an uncomfortable one more pleasant.

This cushion is a fraction the cost of one with over 100K reviews and IMO this one is way better. Its a bigger size making for a better fit in office chairs and is nice and thick giving plenty of support and comfort, noticing a good deal of pain relief in my lower back. Very pleased with purchase and even happier I saved money vs a higher rated one that was not as good.

Hmmm . . . It's been 3 days since this arrived, so I'm not sure if I'm just being impatient or if this is as good as it gets, but as of right now, it's just okay. It's nowhere near the 3.5" thickness that's advertised. It's closer to maybe just a little over 2" and it's pretty firm. Is firm better than soft? Not sure, but I'm comparing it to another coccyx cushion that my sister has that's a softer memory foam and to me, hers is much more comfortable. (hers is no longer available for purchase or I would have just bought the same one) Pros : - this one is wider than my sisters which, combined with the non slip dots on the bottom side, keep it in place better even on larger seats. - the larger size also means that there's a larger target to hit when you're not able to easily "aim" yourself to sit on it just right. On seats without arms to help ease me down slowly, the larger size gives much more room for error. - love the carry handle (I took it on an airplane and that made traveling with it easy) - the cover unzips for washability if needed - no logo or markings on it. I'm pretty picky about aesthetics and hate goofy logos, so this makes me happy Cons : - it's really firm. Maybe that's good for some, and maybe it'll soften up over time, but it's a bit hard for my liking - the seat cover is an open weave mesh which is nice for breathability, but if you're wearing shorts or a shorter skirt, the mesh fabric is a little rough and not the most comfortable on bare skin I bought this to help with a temporary issue pre and post op, so for my short term needs this'll suffice nicely. If my intentions were to use this everyday, I would need to look for something else that's more comfortable.

I ordered 2 of these ahead of a 1,200+ mile road trip and they did not disappoint. I was a bit skeptical at first because they were SO thick; I wondered if I would feel like I was in a booster seat. But they turned out to be fantastic. My travel companion and I are both in our early 60s and we both commented on how we never had lower back pain, and how comfortable they were.

I am a bit short waisted, but have long legs. This comfortable cushion gives me enough height to drive comfortably. Last week I went from Georgia to Michigan on Thursday and Michigan to Georgia Sunday. I had no trouble seeing and riding comfortably. I would recommend that any person who wants a bit of extra height as well as a bit more comfort in the car consider this product.

I do use this seat cushion for my car as I have a sensitive tailbone and offer relief when sitting. I am giving it 4-stars over that of 5 stars, only because in my circumstance, it could be thicker and equipped with a slightly bigger area to aid in pain relief from Coccyx tailbone pain. I would recommend this TushGuard car seat cushion. It is much better than another product type I currently use for my couch. There is no inflation although it does relief my pain or soreness and is comfortable when sitting on it correctly. I would recommend this for comfort and eases my pain.

My tail bone gets quite painful if seated for long periods, having read the reviews I thought this would save the day, but I find the filling is a little too soft and compresses down too much defeating the object. The stitching has come apart on one seam which I'm happy to fix, but where's the quality control?

It's the fine product if you are driving or sitting on a chair for 2 or 3 hours. In a day, but if you are sitting on a chair more than 6 or7hours in a day Then this cushion seat is not for you. Because after some time, the cushioning of this seat will not last longer. And after a month, you will feel a lot of stiffness and harder cushioning When you sit on it because the cushioning, don't last longer than a month. It just take a shape of you and do not maintain the original shape of it.
