Has many nice features but a pen holder would be ideal. I have meetings throughout our large facility and I have to carry a pen in my pocket.

Even though the paper is more yellow in color than an ivory, and a bit thinner than I prefer, the lines aren’t college ruled, and there’s no extra pages for customizing; I still give it 5 stars because it has a 2003 and 2024 yearly layout (which I love for keeping track of regular appointments & birthdays). It’s also difficult to find a daily planner without a weekly planner - which I don’t need. I also love the lines on the monthly calendar - that’s hard to find as well. The cover is nice, it lays flat when open, and I like the elastic band. Overall, it’s a great planner for the price.UPDATE: After using this for awhile, the paper color is really annoying. I have purchased other journals with ivory paper - this is yellow. I’ve stopped using it because I can’t tolerate the paper color. Also, the line-spacing is too wide; it’s like the kind that young grade school children use to learn handwriting, which is a lot of wasted space for a small journal.

Small but love made for a strong materials

I was really excited to use this. However, I’m going to have to send this back. I refuse to use something that has come damaged. The planner is shaped in a U format as you can see straight out of the packaging.

I make intermittent attempts at organization and I don't like to be reliant on a phone as a memory aid and calendar; people don't take it as rude if you start writing down appointments but tapping things into a phone in front of them can easily be perceived as not-paying-attention to them.Construction is good. It's well bound but not archival. It's intended to last a year and has to have a somewhat flexible binding to be useful. The paper is a nice ivory color for less glare. I spent a while in the service, so I'm used to the 24-hour clock, so 2000 as a time is quite doable for me.The sewn in bookmark is a nice touch for tracking the current date. I also like the summer-to-summer format for planning as both a parent and sometimes student. It's just more useful than a New Year to New Year book.Some of the additional information sections are handy but who in the name of all things good writes down passwords in an easily lost book chock full of personal info?My only regret is getting it in a muted brown instead of a brighter, easier to locate color.

It arrived filled with someone notes who was previously using it and then just returned half way through. So I'm posting some of them since the person definitely wanted them public.

I'm annoyed that the description says that pages have time slots 8 am-8 pm when in fact the slots are numbered 8-20. This is NOT how times are usually shown in the United States! Unfortunately I began writing in the book before I noticed this annoying feature so I can't return it.
