I have a Spectra S2 and needed a smaller flange and this worked perfectly with my pump! I made the mistake of waiting and then using the standard size 24 for too long and irritating my skin. I originally tried another brand of the insert type smaller flanges and felt they moved too much and worsened the friction, so I specifically looked to get a smaller neck pump flange that was one piece. I find it easy to clean, especially as a slathered lanolin on mine to ease the friction. The pictures clearly show what is included. I think it's a great sales feature that you can get a 1 or 2 pack for those of us that are asymmetrical! I ended up getting a two pack because it shipped faster though!

If you need to order more than one size, you can see the size by looking down the flange. They are clearly marked but it took me a while to figure that out. It’s nice to be able to tell my 20 and 21 apart. I first ordered the 20mm because my lactation consultant gave me some 19mm inserts after measuring me at 19mm. I didn’t like using inserts in general so I’m happy I found these. Now that I’ve tried the 21mm, I find that I pump much more milk with the 21. I didn’t have any of the issues other reviewers seem to have had. I received these brand new in a nice, sealed box. Also, yes, these come randomly unscrewed from my Spectra S1 bottles which is a little risky when pumping but you know what else has that problem? My Spectra S1 parts themselves lol. It’s not an issue that I wasn’t already having with the original pump parts. Just make sure you don’t bump the bottles too much when pumping because they will twist off easily. Overall very happy with my purchase and super happy I don’t have to deal with inserts anymore.

Okay you can trust me because I’ve pumped hundreds and maybe thousands of hours — these Maymom flanges have been such a life saver for me because they don’t cause a decrease in milk output at all and have the same comfortable fit as the original Spectra flanges, all for the best price you can find. I always appreciate that these flanges are available in WAY more sizes than most sellers produce, meaning if many brands don’t sell your size in mm, Maymom probably does! I have bought their flanges all throughout my pumping journey and love the fantastic quality, excellent fit, extreme durability, and ability to withstand so much washing and sterilizing! To be honest, the reason why I give these flanges four stars instead of five is because they don’t fit as snugly into the spectra bottles as I would hope, but I’ve never had more than a few drops leak down the side so it’s not a big deal. I don’t think any third party seller makes flanges that screw on perfectly tight but these still work very well and create an extremely good seal for pumping without reducing the suction! I would absolutely recommend this product for anyone looking for good quality and value flanges for an unbeatable price and with a consistently fantastic reputation. See picture for more!

This brand was recommended by my lactation consultant after she measured me and I came up way smaller than the set that came with my Motif Luna. I was also pleasantly surprised they worked just fine because the flange is for nipple size only but I am a VERY small breasted lady so I wasn’t sure it would work properly. IT DID! What I liked most about these flanges is that you can buy in even sizes as well, many other makers only sell the flanges in odd mm sizes. When the lactation consultant measured me I measured in an even size, so I got both the 15mm and the 16mm. I stuck with the smaller 15mm only because that’s what she had and it worked for me then and worked when I got these so I still haven’t even tried the 16mm as I didn’t have issues and got adequate output. They look just like the ones that came with the Motif Luna but are still easy to tell apart since they have the company logo on the side and most importantly, if you look inside the flange they have the size at the back, I included a picture of this. One thing I do recommend that was suggested by my lactation consultant, some coconut oil so you don’t rub the ladies raw. Skin rubbing back and forth on plastic is going to get chapped, ask me how I know! Just a small dab of coconut oil rubbed on the nipple/areola was all it took for this to go as smoothly as possible (pun intended). Cleaning - I was also recommended to get a bucket/sponge specifically for pump parts. I dump them in there with as hot a water as I can get from the sink and let them soak a bit with some soap then I get them a good wash. For his first 2 months I boiled them at the end of the day as well for 5 minutes and they survived this harsh washing coming out as good as new.
