No tubes fit
Have never been able to use this as I cannot find proper tube size for what it calls for per the company and the company doesn’t sell tubes for their machine. . :/. Nothing Has fit even tried dropping to10ml tubes. Useless waste of money so far. :/

Perfect for PRP!
I absolutely love this centrifuge. I found the appropriate protocol for the separation of platelet rich plasma is 400 rpm for 9 minutes followed by a hard spin for 12 minutes at 700 rpm.

Fair quality for inexpensive price
"The centrifuge is pretty good. I had my doubts about it since the price is really low, but it turns out that it is good. It does the job well and the quality is not bad. I am glad I chose this one instead of an expensive one, as it is working great and I am saving money. I highly recommend it for those with a small budget. I just hope it lasts. The balance is good and the variable speed is very convenient for different types of use. I use it for PRP treatments only."

Works fine for me.
I got this and did a full functional test, loaded and unloaded, all the way to the 4k redline. I had no problems with it, it ran smooth and pretty much vibration free. Should get a lot of use out of this!

Broke on 2nd run, this is complete garbage!
I used this centrifuge twice and it broke. How? I was centrifuging 2x15mL tubes (balanced) at 4000rpm, it initially started fine then I heard a bunch of noise. It eventually turned off and the screen went blank, upon inspection I noticed (see pic). It's almost as if these longer adapters (included with centrifuge) are too long and they hit internal components inside and disconnecting a cable. Dont buy this, unless you plan on only using once!

I was doing my prp and next think its stop working... no more speeding. WHAT SHOULD I DO? They are really understanding and the give me another one thank you

Its a one time use product!
I had a bit of a rough start with the first machine I received, but the company’s customer service completely turned things around. They responded to all my messages in less than 24 hours and immediately sent me a replacement unit, which works perfectly. Their support was fast, friendly, and super professional. Honestly, one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Highly recommend this seller!
