This mat is useful both to protect my worktop and to slide the airfryer into position without having to lift it. I read that it is best near a cooker hood and away from walls or cupboards in case of damage from the heat emissions. It seems to serve the purpose for which it is intended.

I bought one of these for my mum for her air fryer. I was so impressed with it I bought one for us as it is much better quality than our previous one. It's nice and thick and seems to be more of a fabric than plastic/rubber/silicone. So far so good and we've had them a while.
