Good strainer, fairly sturdy and it's large size makes it very versatile. I use it for straining medium or small quantities of noodles, rinsing rice, straining broth: basically anything that requires a larger strainer that is easy to use and clean.

But maybe it’s true to form, you get me to pay for it! It’s easy to hold, it doesn’t get hot when you pour boiling things through it, fine we’ve stopped rice from getting jammed in it! It was a good purchase.

I purchased this to rinse my rice and quinoa before cooking. It does a great job and no items came through. It is well constructed and holds a lot of weight. I would say however that when cleaning, you need to pay attention to food that may be stuck in the mesh. I've used it for many months now and it holds up very well. I would definitely recommend using this if you're in the market.

Who doesn't need one of these. It's a staple in the kitchen. Right? It's sturdy, good quality and just the right size for cabinet storage.

Nice strainer with tight mesh and quality built. I like the fact that the wider metal hook on the opposite side of the handle prevents tipping when you dump food into the basket as it straddles over my sink. My old strainer has a narrower hook and sometimes tipped over.
