- BENTON Aloe Propolis Soothing Gel | 3.38 fl. oz. - Aloe Vera Gel for Face

This soothing gel is amazing, I got it because aloe and propolis are both great for eczema, and I was looking for something gentle and mild to help with eczema for my so ln when he was having a flare up. This gels is moisturizing and got rid of his eczema writhing a few days time! I always keep a bottle of this on hand just in case he has another flare up just in case, but between this and the lotion I use on him, he hasn’t had a flare up since and it’s been over a year. I’m really impressed with it. I’ve used it on my face a few times as well and it has a very lovely cooling effect and just feels great on the skin. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a nice soothing cooling gel for their skin, it really does make a difference in skin health. The price you pay for what you get is very reasonable , especially since a little of this can stretch a long way. It doesn’t have any added coloring or fragrance of any sort, or anything that would be irritating to sensitive skin so it has the sensitive skin seal of approval from me.

If you have oily skin, you NEED to try this. I use it as my daily moisturizer, and it's amazing all year round. I used to think that it might not be sufficient for fall/winter seasons because of how lightweight and fast-absorbing it is. But after playing around with several different brands, I realized that this actually does a better job of correcting my inner dryness/dehydration better than heavier formulas like my Purito and Dr.G. If you have really oily skin, try mixing a little bit of the Numbuzin Pantothenic powder with this. You will feel a NOTICEABLE difference in your oiliness throughout the day. I'm beginning to realize just how many of my daily essentials are from Benton. They are no-frills and very reasonably priced but everything that I've tried so far has been super gentle yet effective. I love brands that really let their formulas speak for themselves and Benton is no exception!

Very good gel … I’ve been using it regularly or almost every day for the past 3 months with excellent results … less or significantly-faded-cleared dark spots, small blemishes and scars on my face. Again, you MUST apply gel on your face EVERY day or regularly for at least 2 or 3 months to get results.

Excellent gel! I use it on my dry skin and eczema also! Very soothing, cool and healing! On my third tube since I shared it with my 3 year old granddaughter and her excema. Works great!

I chose this because I have very sensitive skin and frequently get rashes and breakouts for no reason. It's super moisturizing and is not sticky at all once it absorbs. I use it with the Soonjung foam cleanser and it's *chef's kiss*. I definitely notice my skin clearing up, and I'm super happy with it. A little goes a long way, so I won't be running out any time soon, and with the summer upon us, the aloe with an SPF cream after protects from skin damage from the sun. Super!

I have ordered this several times. It is very comforting, soothing, and hydrating, especially when your skin is sensitive or damaged. It helps heal my damaged skin. It is not a skin barrier protector, as it does not have the ingredients to do that. I use it throughout the day when my skin is sensitized, and when I do not want to add oil (more standard moisturizers) over and over, especially during summer and allergy seasons. Really love it for this purpose. I use moisturizer morning and night, especially in winter; but more moisturizer than that tends to cause me problems. I have combination, acne-prone skin that is getting drier and more sensitive with age (in my 50's).

I'm sure it's great for different skin type, I personally didn't find it hydrating and did not think it soothed my skin. I mean it is not a bad product package game exactly as presented. It just may not be for me though.

I really like this product, I have bought it three times already. It feels fresh, soft and light, perfect for hot climate, absorbs super fast and easily yet you can still feel something like a barrier created by the product which is the thing I like the most about it. I have greasy skin so the gel like texture is perfect.

Es un gel hidratante que se absorve enseguida, no comedogenico. Su formulación ayuda a mejorar el estado de la piel, textura y granitos. Yo lo combino con serums porque se me queda un poco corto de hidratación. Si tienes acne fungal, pruébalo en una zona de la cara un par de semanas porque tiene arginina y se ha visto que tiene el potencial de afectar a esta condición (Más info tenéis en la fungal skincare bible de la web simple skincare science) Lo uso hará más de 3 años y la recomendaría un montón para gente con piel sensible, grasa o mixta. Sobretodo para gente que le cueste o le de pereza ponerse hidratantes, como adolescentes o chicos, porque en un gesto super rápido ya lo tienes puesto y la piel se lo bebe en un plisplas.

I love this Soothing Gel! I have been suffering from rosacea possibly due to topical acne treatment. I have been using this for 3 days now together with the Aveeno Ultra Calming foaming cleanser (which I recently switched to, I was using AHC aqualoronic cleanser before), and today, I woke up with bright and calm skin. There was barely any redness at all! I do think you would need to put a thicker moisturizer on top of it as it is almost like water, easily absorbed by the skin. My jaws / cheeks / forehead have become pretty dry since I have moved to the UAE. Am looking for a good moisturizer for sensitive skin, hit me up. But this product is definitely going to my favorites box!

Llegó con la caja hecha trizas. Ignorando eso, la primera vez que me lo puse ardió un infierno, me puso roja la piel y me salieron granos. Y el olor literal es de gel antibacterial... luego le di otra oportunidad al menos para usarlo como crema de manos y ohh sorpresa al frotarlo en mis manitas salió un monton de espuma.

Ürünü içeriği temiz olduğu için tercih ettim ancak nemlendirmesi benim cildime asla yetmiyor aksine kurutup geriyor ki cildim normalde kuru bile değil karma akneye meğilli o yüzden temiz içerikli nemlendirici arıyordum maalesef nemlendirici olarak kullanmak istiyorsanız başka seçeneklere bakın derim normal epilasyon sonrası aloe jel vs olarak kullanmak için de pahalı bence bilemiyorum :/

A few reviews says that this isn’t moisturising enough but I use it with a hydrating serum already so that isn’t really an issue for me. It is fragrance free but due to the aloe has a slight aloe scent which is lovely. It’s one of the only moisturisers which I can use due to my easily clogged pores. If you have lost hope in trying to find a moisturiser that works with acne or sensitive skin definitely give this a go!
