I kept having lower back pain ever since I was required to work from the office, increasing from 3 days a week to 4. I thought I was just getting old, so I didn’t take the back pain seriously until I noticed that I didn’t feel any pain at all after a long holiday. That’s when I figured out it was all about my office chair! After reading many reviews saying that people’s lower back pain disappeared instantly with this lumbar support pillow, I bought it right away. To be honest, I found it so comfy especially the way it rounded my waist so well with full support but it took me about a week to get used to it. My lower back pain improved day by day, and after two weeks, ALL the pain was gone! It really does take some time to adjust to it to get the best results, but it’s definitely a game-changer! I can’t recommend it enough.

It worked so well for me at my office, I ordered two more for home. I WFH 2x week from my dining room table that seats 8 and with vintage chairs. Whether a modern office hair or vintage wooden chairs with a padded seat, these lumbar supports really work well... especially for laptop work. Unlike the "roll" type cushion design that I previously used, with these Samsonite cushions, I don't even need to think much about body positioning...or constantly shift around. The stitching, seams, fabric, foam performance, straps, buckles... all seem to be good quality.

This lumbar pillow is really comfortable and supportive — it helps my lower back a lot when I’m sitting at my desk or driving for long periods. The memory foam contours nicely to your back, and the cover feels soft and easy to clean. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it’s a bit firmer than I expected. I personally prefer something slightly softer for all-day use, but that’s just personal preference. Overall, it’s high-quality, effective, and makes sitting for long hours much easier. I’d recommend it if you want extra support for your chair.

Very comfortable

I love my back support pillow since I work from this is perfect.

I got this for long car rides because of my herniated disc. The material feels really nice, and the strap keeps it in place, which I love. It gives light support for the upper back, but the hollow center means it doesn’t fully support my lower back, and over time the shape softens a bit. Works well for short drives or general upper back support, but if you need serious lower back relief, this isn’t it.

I use this support for my office chair. I like the two straps that fit around the chair back. The back support is good and firm. No problems so far.

I completely regret buyig this. It is not comfortable and doesn't help me to relieve my back pain at all. Such a waste of money. Don't get tempted by Samsonite. It's just a piece of foam made in China. It keeps falling down as the strap is so loose. It is definitely not worth buying this.

Relieved my backache during driving

Actually fantastic. Feels good, firm enough to help with posture but is soft enough that if you want to mess up your posture and sit in a bad way on the chair, it'll squash easily and allow you to slouch and have a hurt back in the morning because you're only mid 20a but years of slouching playing call of duty till 6am has given you a back of a 60 year old man
