Got this for my Mail Lady and she loves it. Figured I needed to let her know how awesome she is. I'm always ordering stuff and sometimes she has to get out of her truck to deliver to me and always knocks to let me know it's there and does it with a smile every time!

Missing items
I bought this as a birthday gift for an amazing friend. I chose this item as it said it came with two lids and a reusable straw. The product box shows these items, but upon looking inside there was no straw. Time doesn't allow me to return or exchange it as tomorrow we are getting together to celebrate. So frustrating!
