Ignition switch does not work, REPLACED BATTERY, it works! , missing glass, rocks wrong color
Update March 24, 2024: I replaced the AA battery in the ignition and it works now. The blue fire glass was shipped to me a few days later. Still waiting on the glass surround to arrive but it’s been promised to arrive in the next day or so. March 20, 2024 I received my order today but part of it is missing. I ordered blue rocks and I got brown. The glass surround is missing. The ignition switch does not work. I can light it but I have to use an outside flame source.

It came broken on side handle.

This is a great unit, but when it was delivered, the glass wind guard was shattered.
